As a clinician with over a decade of experience specializing in trauma, complex-PTSD, anxiety, and depression, Terra Ginther offers clinical supervision and consultation to therapists seeking growth, confidence, and support in their work.

Terra's approach to supervision is relational and reflective. She draws from psychodynamic, attachment-focused, somatic, EMDR, and IFS frameworks to help clinicians deepen their understanding of both their clients and themselves in the therapeutic process. Together you'll explore case conceptualization, transference and countertransference, treatment planning and documentation, ethics, and professional identity development.

Terra holds a Certificate in Core Supervision through the NASW- Michigan Chapter  and is committed to fostering a learning environment that encourages curiosity, clinical attunement, and ethical practice. Whether you are pursuing full licensure, desire to strengthen your clinical presence, or are seeking a one-time trauma-informed consultation for a complex case, Terra Ginther welcomes the opportunity to offer guidance and support. 

Clinical Supervision 

• Primary or supplemental supervision

• Meet for 60 minutes weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs

• $125 per hour

• Sliding-scale availability upon request
