The Basics:

1099 Independent Contractor

Remote position

Option to be full-time or part-time

Preferably LMSW or LLMSW

Must be licensed in the state of Michigan

Seeking a trauma-focused therapist with advanced trauma training or an interest in completing additional training

Flat rate pay structure with yearly increases

Yearly training budget to expand knowledge + collect CEUs

Comprehensive administrative support including a billing team to help manage + track payments

SimplePractice EMR + HIPAA compliant telehealth platform

Referrals given to build + replenish your caseload

Weekly supervision + clinical support as needed

What We're Looking For:
-
Psychodynamic or humanistic orientation preferred
-
Preference will be given to fully licensed clinicians with advanced trauma training (EMDR, IFS, SE, etc.).

A clinician who:
-
is compassionate + gentle but has good boundaries
-
is comfortable working independently
-
demonstrates proactive communication + isn’t afraid to ask questions or seek support when needed
-
truly values their code of ethics
-
has a sense of humor
-
is passionate about doing therapeutic work
